J.D. Cousins specializes in equipment for the chemical processing, pharmaceutical, paper, pulp and power generation industries. We build heat exchangers, columns, vessels and piping systems set to ASME Code Section VIII, along with ANSI, API or other industrial standards. Materials can include plain carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and high-performance nickel alloys, depending on your needs.

PARTS
We can design and fabricate replacement parts for shell and tube heat exchangers or vessels. Parts can be stamped to ASME Code.
